Our “Australiana” open day was a great opportunity to learn about and share our history. The simplicity of the past was on display for the curious young eyes to inquire about. We had the very popular Marshman radio on display which conjured memories for our older visitors. We all love jams and preserves – the old-style recipe books attracted many comments. The beautiful evening wear and special occasion day wear was very popular. We thank everyone who enjoyed their “walk into the past” – we appreciate every opportunity to share our past.
